Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline specified in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

• International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns on music items (CDs, vinyl, digital downloads) due to copyright restrictions. Merchandise (apparel, accessories) may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
